About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the preparation and review of compliance reports (including data collection for SWOT analyses);
Assist in documenting IT Directorate processes and policies, ensuring alignment with best practices;
Assist in conducting audits: collect evidence, prepare checklists, and track non-conformities, acting as a facilitator between involved teams and ensuring timely reporting;
Perform internal control data collection;
Contribute to identifying automation opportunities and support initial automation testing for internal controls;
Monitor adherence to certifications, updating evidence and compliance indicators;
Respond to requests for self-assessments in RFPs/RFIs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
Required: experience with audits, RFPs, RFIs, and IT processes.
Preferred: courses in ITIL and COBIT, ISO certification, and knowledge of ITSM tools.
