About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound customer service calls with a sales focus, identifying customer needs;

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 18 years of age;
- High school diploma (Secondary education completed);
- Good verbal fluency and persuasive ability;
- Negotiation and argumentation skills;
- Basic computer and typing skills;
- Availability to complete online training;
- Own a desktop or laptop computer to attend training;
- Availability to work on-site at the Feira de Santana unit;
- Preferably live near the Atento Feira de Santana unit.
