Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze submissions received through the Ombudsman channel;
Mediate with responsible departments via the internal system;
Evaluate responses from the areas involved and route cases according to defined criteria;
Close Ombudsman cases with complainants, ensuring clarity and quality in the response;
Gather and consolidate data and metrics related to submissions;
Support and advise internal teams on Ombudsman procedures and workflows;
Handle inquiries via email;
Participate in in-person hearings at Atento units with complainants, reporters, or witnesses;
Make phone contact with leadership when necessary;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current or previous experience in administrative roles;
Target level: Assistants and Junior Analysts;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Availability to travel between Atento units in São Paulo;
Preferred: experience in Corporate Ombudsman roles;
Knowledge of BackOffice operations;
Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus;
