About the role

  • Analyze submissions received through the Ombudsman channel;
  • Mediate with responsible departments via the internal system;
  • Evaluate responses from the areas involved and route cases according to defined criteria;
  • Close Ombudsman cases with complainants, ensuring clarity and quality in the response;
  • Gather and consolidate data and metrics related to submissions;
  • Support and advise internal teams on Ombudsman procedures and workflows;
  • Handle inquiries via email;
  • Participate in in-person hearings at Atento units with complainants, reporters, or witnesses;
  • Make phone contact with leadership when necessary;

Requirements

  • Current or previous experience in administrative roles;
  • Target level: Assistants and Junior Analysts;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Availability to travel between Atento units in São Paulo;
  • Preferred: experience in Corporate Ombudsman roles;
  • Knowledge of BackOffice operations;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus;
