About the role

  • Create and maintain operational reports
  • Analyze metrics and propose strategic improvements
  • Prepare results presentations
  • Support managers in decision-making
  • Perform quality-area routines, ensuring continuous process improvement
  • - Conduct meetings and calibrations with clients/operations;
  • - Monitor KPIs;
  • - Perform ad hoc analyses, identifying root causes and creating action plans;
  • - Update/send reports;
  • - Map processes for continuous improvement;
  • - Prepare results/analysis presentations;
  • - Review and monitor controls, performance indicators and reports;
  • - Stay up to date by studying customer service content;
  • - Other administrative duties related to the role.

Requirements

  • College/university degree in progress or completed
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Experience working with reports
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level)
  • Easy access/commute to the Feira de Santana site
  • **Desired Experience:**
  • Prior experience in Quality will be an advantage.
