About the role
- Create and maintain operational reports
- Analyze metrics and propose strategic improvements
- Prepare results presentations
- Support managers in decision-making
- Perform quality-area routines, ensuring continuous process improvement
- - Conduct meetings and calibrations with clients/operations;
- - Monitor KPIs;
- - Perform ad hoc analyses, identifying root causes and creating action plans;
- - Update/send reports;
- - Map processes for continuous improvement;
- - Prepare results/analysis presentations;
- - Review and monitor controls, performance indicators and reports;
- - Stay up to date by studying customer service content;
- - Other administrative duties related to the role.
Requirements
- College/university degree in progress or completed
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience working with reports
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level)
- Easy access/commute to the Feira de Santana site
- **Desired Experience:**
- Prior experience in Quality will be an advantage.
