About the role
- Conduct meetings and calibrations with clients/operations
- Monitor and control KPIs
- Perform ad hoc analyses, identify root causes and develop action plans
- Update and send reports
- Map processes for continuous improvement
- Prepare presentations of results and analyses
- Review and monitor controls, performance indicators, and reports
- Stay up to date by studying customer service content
- Other administrative duties related to the role
Requirements
- Eligible positions: Specialist I, II, assistants, and analysts - according to NI-002 regulation
- Higher education (in progress or completed) is a plus
- Must be an Atento employee for at least 6 months - time in position: according to NI-002 regulation
- Ability to work well in a team
- Competency score equal to or greater than 100 (Good Performer)
- Experience with reporting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge/proficiency in Excel (intermediate level)
- Easy access to the Santana site
- Desired experience:
- Prior experience in Quality is a plus
