About the role

  • Mentor and guide team members.
  • Manage release planning and execution, ensuring all quality criteria are met prior to delivery.
  • Analyze test results and implement improvements based on feedback and collected metrics.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in quality control and testing in software development environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and automated testing practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced English — conversational level.
