About the role
- Conduct meetings and calibration sessions with clients and operations;
- Monitor and control KPIs;
- Perform ad-hoc analyses, identify root causes and develop action plans;
- Update and send reports;
- Map processes to support continuous improvement;
- Prepare presentations of results and analyses;
- Review and monitor control documents and performance indicator reports;
- Stay up to date by studying customer service materials;
- Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Eligible positions: Specialist I, II, assistants, and analysts - per NI-002 policy;
- Higher education in progress or completed is a plus;
- Must be an Atento employee for at least 6 months - tenure in role per NI-002 policy;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Competency score equal to or greater than 100 (Good Performer);
- Experience with reports;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge/command of Excel (intermediate level);
- Easy access to the Feira de Santana site
- **Desired experience:**
- Previous experience in Quality is a plus;
