About the role

  • Handle inbound customer service and sales calls to identify customer needs, answer questions, complete procedures, and offer products and/or services;
  • The agent must identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, objective solution following product/service procedures;
  • Sales of products and services;
  • Specific technical tasks: Call center work offering voice or data telephony services or products, including service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband and fiber services;
  • Use systems to record interactions and carry out service-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age;
  • High school diploma (complete);
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive ability;
  • Negotiation and persuasive argumentation skills;
  • Basic computer and typing skills;
  • Availability to complete online training;
  • Must have a computer or laptop to complete the training;
  • Availability to work on-site at the Feira de Santana unit;
  • Preferably live near the Atento unit in Feira de Santana.
