About the role

  • Analyze data and performance indicators;
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and root causes of issues;
  • Develop strategic recommendations and action plans (5W2H);
  • Define and monitor KPIs and targets (SMART);
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, Six Sigma);
  • Ensure alignment between initiatives and operational objectives;
  • Monitor results and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking;
  • Experience in data analysis and building reports/dashboards;
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
  • Results-oriented and disciplined in execution.
  • Advanced English – will communicate with an external client
