About the role
- Inbound customer service with sales responsibilities, aimed at identifying customer needs, answering questions, performing procedures, and offering products and/or services;
- In each interaction, you may handle different types of situations indicated by the customer and will use systems to record information.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years;
- High school diploma (completed);
- Good verbal fluency and persuasive ability;
- Negotiation and argumentation skills;
- Basic computer skills and typing;
- Availability to attend training IN-PERSON or REMOTE (home office);
- Availability to work ON-SITE;
- Professional experience: We hire candidates without prior professional experience, but experience in customer service and sales is a plus — for example: store sales, door-to-door sales, supermarkets, shopping centers, retail, department stores, telecommunications customer service, telemarketing, public-facing roles, sales consultant, sales executive, outbound sales, Call Center SAC, ombudsman, Back Office, Technical Support;
- Preferably live near the Atento Madureira unit.
