About the role

  • Process orders from start to finish;
  • Track orders;
  • Populate and update Excel spreadsheets with required data;
  • Receive sales orders by email and enter them into the ERP, verifying prices, inventory, delivery dates, etc.;
  • Mark orders ready for shipment;
  • Process returns for rejected orders;
  • Provide support to customers and the Sales team;
  • Manage the process of sending product shipments;
  • Perform critical analysis of received orders, including verification of product code, product description, price, and medication expiration date;
  • Serve laboratories, pharmacies, and hospitals.

Requirements

  • Time with the company: at least 4 months with no salary change;
  • Employees with any type of movement must consult the Regulatory Table – NI-002;
  • "Time To Talk" performance rating;
  • Performance rating equal to or greater than 100 (Good Performer);
  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Higher education completed or in progress;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish;
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in customer service and/or back office roles;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel);
  • Good writing skills;
  • Analytical and organized profile;
  • Preferably located with easy access to the South Zone (Zona Sul) of São Paulo.
