About the role

  • Responsible for monitoring and handling security incidents and events, using SIEM/EDR tools for detection, analysis and response.
  • Perform vulnerability scans, apply system hardening and conduct risk assessments across network and cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures and playbooks aligned with industry best practices.
  • Proficient with frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, LGPD, NIST and CIS Controls, and experienced in conducting security audits.
  • Work with Conditional Access, IAM and access validation routines.

Requirements

  • At least 9 months of employment at Atento.
  • Position targeted to: Junior Analysts and Specialists III (employees with any type of role movement should consult the movement table in the Normative).
  • Currently pursuing a higher education degree in IT, Information Security, or related fields (must be up to date in Pessoas On-line).
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Basic to intermediate Spanish.
  • Desired:
  • Knowledge of firewalls, Blue Team operations, proficiency in KQL and PowerShell, plus experience with Intune/GPO, cloud security (Azure AD/Entra ID) and Active Directory On-Premises, as well as security-related certifications.
  • English.
