About the role

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with business areas;
  • Develop technical and behavioral content (online, in-person, and hybrid);
  • Support the design and development of learning paths;
  • Manage and monitor training metrics (learning KPIs, attendance/adherence, effectiveness);
  • Participate in corporate learning and organizational development projects;
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops when required;
  • Ensure continuous updating of content in line with changes to processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Experience and practical background in Training & Development;
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (record updated in Pessoas Online);
  • Knowledge in developing educational/training materials;
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, and experience with controls and reporting;
  • Experience with learning methodologies;
  • Preferred: Google Workspace tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides).
