About the role
- Identify training needs in collaboration with business areas;
- Develop technical and behavioral content (online, in-person, and hybrid);
- Support the design and development of learning paths;
- Manage and monitor training metrics (learning KPIs, attendance/adherence, effectiveness);
- Participate in corporate learning and organizational development projects;
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops when required;
- Ensure continuous updating of content in line with changes to processes and systems.
Requirements
- Experience and practical background in Training & Development;
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (record updated in Pessoas Online);
- Knowledge in developing educational/training materials;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, and experience with controls and reporting;
- Experience with learning methodologies;
- Preferred: Google Workspace tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides).
