About the role
- Monitoring, evaluation and development of training instructors;
- Identify training needs across internal areas;
- Prepare management materials for client presentations;
- Attend client trainings and meetings and meetings with support areas;
- Manage ongoing training classes;
- Monitor operational and training KPIs;
- Coordinate instructors' schedules and area requests;
- Participate in meetings;
- Monitor productivity and trainer (multiplier) adherence; create action plans to meet targets.
Requirements
- Higher education completed and record updated in Pessoas Online;
- Time to Talk rating of 'Good' or higher;
- Must be an Atento employee;
- Solid experience in training and development;
- Knowledge of learning methodologies (andragogy, instructional design);
- Experience in corporate environments.
