About the role
- Monitor, evaluate and develop training instructors;
- Identify training needs across internal areas;
- Prepare management materials for client presentations;
- Participate in client and support-area trainings and meetings;
- Manage ongoing training cohorts;
- Monitor operational and training KPIs;
- Track instructors' schedules and area demands;
- Attend meetings;
- Monitor productivity and facilitator adherence; develop action plans to meet targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Experience with LMS and educational platforms;
- Solid experience in training and development;
- Knowledge of learning methodologies (andragogy, instructional design);
- Experience with training metrics and effectiveness evaluation;
- Experience in corporate environments.
