About the role

  • Monitoring, evaluation and development of training instructors;
  • Preparation of management materials for client presentations;
  • Participation in client trainings and meetings, and support area meetings;
  • Management of ongoing training cohorts/classes;
  • Monitoring of operational and training KPIs;
  • Monitoring instructors' schedules and area requests;
  • Participation in QA calibration meetings;
  • Monitor productivity, trainer (multiplier) adherence, and create action plans to meet targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within the META operation;
  • Current role: Team Leader II / III, Instructors, or Mid/Senior Analysts;
  • "Time to Talk" score of Good or higher;
  • Meet the minimum company/tenure requirements for the current role as specified for the vacancy (see details in the internal recruitment policy, regulations and Escalada manual available in A1);
  • Higher education completed and recorded in Pessoas Online;
  • Fluent English (C1);
  • Microsoft Office proficiency;
  • Preferred experience as a training instructor, training analyst, or educator.
