About the role
- Lead and guide the bilingual customer service team
- Supervise the team's daily activities
- Identify development opportunities for team members
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching
- Monitor operational KPIs
- Communicate strategies and share best practices applied within the team
- Control PAID/ABS
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of the product is required
- Must be an Atento employee for at least 9 months (the period may vary according to promotion criteria described in the Roles and Salaries regulation – NI-002 – available on Atento's intranet)
- At minimum, currently enrolled in higher education (academic status updated in PESSOAS ONLINE)
- Minimum score of 100 on Time To Talk (good performance)
- Preferred experience as Operations Supervisor/Team Leader
- Knowledge of PDCA and 5W2H is desirable
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Availability to work on-site
- Fluent/native Spanish (tests will be administered)
- Advanced or intermediate English
- Preferably live near the Nova São Paulo Unit (South Zone)
