About the role

  • Lead and guide the bilingual customer service team
  • Supervise the team's daily activities
  • Identify development opportunities for team members
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching
  • Monitor operational KPIs
  • Communicate strategies and share best practices applied within the team
  • Control PAID/ABS

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of the product is required
  • Must be an Atento employee for at least 9 months (the period may vary according to promotion criteria described in the Roles and Salaries regulation – NI-002 – available on Atento's intranet)
  • At minimum, currently enrolled in higher education (academic status updated in PESSOAS ONLINE)
  • Minimum score of 100 on Time To Talk (good performance)
  • Preferred experience as Operations Supervisor/Team Leader
  • Knowledge of PDCA and 5W2H is desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work on-site
  • Fluent/native Spanish (tests will be administered)
  • Advanced or intermediate English
  • Preferably live near the Nova São Paulo Unit (South Zone)
