About the role
- Lead and guide the bilingual customer service team
- Supervise the team's daily activities
- Identify development opportunities for team members
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching
- Monitor the operation's KPIs
- Communicate strategies and share best practices implemented within the team
- Manage PAID/ABS
Requirements
- Position exclusive to employees serving Meta operations
- Technical product knowledge is required
- Must have been an Atento employee for at least 9 months (the period may vary according to the promotion criteria described in the Job and Salary Regulations – NI-002 – available on Atento's Intranet)
- Must have at least higher education in progress (education status updated in PESSOAS ONLINE)
- Must have a Time To Talk score of at least 100 (Good performance)
- Experience as Operations Supervisor/Team Leader is desirable
- Knowledge of PDCA and 5W2H is desirable
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Availability to work on-site
- Fluent/native Spanish required — language tests will be administered
- Intermediate to advanced English required
- Preferably live near the Nova São Paulo Unit (South Zone of São Paulo)
