About the role

  • Management of corporate expenses;
  • Management of the database of employees eligible for company credit cards (issuance, blocking, and cancellation);
  • Posting of financial transactions, billing reconciliation, and auditing;
  • Analysis of expense reports, reimbursements, and advances;
  • Monitoring payroll deductions and reimbursements;
  • Internal customer support with global interaction;
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of the employee database to ensure it is accurate, consistent, and meets required quality standards;
  • Prepare periodic reports for area management and other managers and/or directors, in accordance with the established plan and the Company’s strategy;
  • Promote process unification and standardization by guiding users so that process definitions and company strategy are respected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (education recorded in Pessoas Online);
  • Must be an Atento employee - Specialist I or II position;
  • Minimum company tenure: 6 months (within the group of eligible positions and Remuneration Policy NI-002);
  • Employees with any type of status change should consult the movement table in Policy NI-002;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Spanish;
  • Preferred:
