About the role
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment and propose a delivery schedule for training materials;
- Design educational solutions that facilitate understanding of the content to be delivered;
- Drive results and ensure requester satisfaction through differentiated solutions and methodologies – PPT, videos, e-learnings, podcasts, photo-stories, games, infographics, simulators, among others;
- Coordinate with support areas to gather inputs for material creation;
- Create courses and populate them with training content via the Academy, Qualistore and/or other knowledge bases;
- Govern content and develop assets for product knowledge bases (Qualistore and others);
- Keep lesson plans/training schedules updated according to courses registered in the Academy;
- Participate in meetings to validate developed materials;
- Track and control the trainings developed.
Requirements
- Be an Atento employee;
- Team to Talk score of "Good" or above;
- Meet the minimum required tenure at the company/current role as specified for the vacancy (see internal recruitment policy, guidelines and the Escalada manual available on A1);
- Currently enrolled in higher education;
- Mandatory requirement: Background from BTG Pactual;
- Experience in content governance, review, version control and updating materials;
- Experience conducting training needs assessments with internal areas or clients;
- Proactive;

Benefits

- Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00
- 200 hours/month | 5x2 schedule - days off on Saturdays and Sundays
- Hybrid: 3 days on site and 2 days remote (home office)
- Location: Nova São Paulo unit
