About the role

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessment and propose a delivery schedule for training materials;
  • Design educational solutions that facilitate understanding of the content to be delivered;
  • Drive results and ensure requester satisfaction through differentiated solutions and methodologies – PPT, videos, e-learnings, podcasts, photo-stories, games, infographics, simulators, among others;
  • Coordinate with support areas to gather inputs for material creation;
  • Create courses and populate them with training content via the Academy, Qualistore and/or other knowledge bases;
  • Govern content and develop assets for product knowledge bases (Qualistore and others);
  • Keep lesson plans/training schedules updated according to courses registered in the Academy;
  • Participate in meetings to validate developed materials;
  • Track and control the trainings developed.

Requirements

  • Be an Atento employee;
  • Team to Talk score of "Good" or above;
  • Meet the minimum required tenure at the company/current role as specified for the vacancy (see internal recruitment policy, guidelines and the Escalada manual available on A1);
  • Currently enrolled in higher education;
  • Mandatory requirement: Background from BTG Pactual;
  • Experience in content governance, review, version control and updating materials;
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments with internal areas or clients;

  • 200 hours/month | 5x2 schedule - days off on Saturdays and Sundays
