About the role

  • Correlate performance indicators
  • Present results
  • Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct call monitoring
  • Analyze customer interactions/calls
  • Recommend improvements for operations, quality, and the client
  • Hold alignment meetings internally and with the client
  • Validate indicators together with the external client
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Higher education in progress or completed (we will verify this information in Pessoas Online, so please update your education there)
  • Minimum company tenure: 9 months (within the group of eligible positions and Compensation Policy NI-002)
  • Employees who have had any job movement should consult the movement table in Policy NI-002 and also check eligible positions
  • Time To Talk score will be evaluated directly via the Gupy tool and the employee must have the score recorded correctly
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced)
  • Power BI and Power Query are a plus
  • Experience with agile methodology
  • Availability to work both on-site and remotely (hybrid) is required
  • Easy access to the Santo André center (office) is required.
