Requirements

  • Must be an Atento employee meeting the minimum company tenure requirement (within eligible job groups and per Remuneration Policy NI-002);
  • Employees who have had any type of internal movement should consult the movement table in Policy NI-002 and verify eligible positions;
  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Strong knowledge of WFM (Workforce Management): Proficiency in workforce planning concepts and tools;
  • Analytical and statistical skills: Ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and generate insights;
  • Advanced Excel proficiency: Essential for data modeling and building complex spreadsheets;
  • Clear communication and proactivity: Ability to present complex data simply and take initiative to resolve problems;
  • Business acumen: Understanding of how planning directly impacts financial results and customer satisfaction;
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau): Desirable for data manipulation and visualization;
