Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- In-depth knowledge of WFM (Workforce Management): Strong understanding of workforce planning concepts and tools
- Analytical and statistical skills: Ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns and generate insights
- Advanced Excel proficiency: Essential for data modeling and building complex spreadsheets
- Clear communication and proactivity: Ability to present complex data simply and take initiative to resolve issues
- Desired: Business acumen: Understanding of how planning directly impacts financial results and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau): Preferred for data manipulation and visualization
