About the role
- Prepare and update management and operational reports;
- Develop, maintain and analyze spreadsheets using advanced Excel;
- Consolidate data and performance indicators (KPIs);
- Support the monitoring of results and targets;
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analyses;
- Use Office Suite tools for presentations, tracking and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
- Proven proficiency in Excel and reporting;
- Previous experience as an Operations Analyst or in similar roles is desirable;
- Experience with dashboards and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus;
- Knowledge of spreadsheet automation is a plus;
- Experience analyzing indicators and performance is a plus;
- Advanced Office Suite skills with emphasis on Excel / Word / PowerPoint (management presentations);
- Preparation and interpretation of management reports;
- Data analysis and organization skills;
- Knowledge of indicators and metrics;
- Basic knowledge of databases or BI is desirable;
- Analytical profile and attention to detail;
- Organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights;
- Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple concurrent demands.
