About the role
- Gathering and understanding candidate profiles in partnership with the hiring manager, identifying the key competencies required for the role.
- Understanding the company’s organizational culture, objectives, and strategies.
- Posting job openings.
- Screening and sourcing (hunting).
- Conducting competency-based interviews.
- Preparing reports and behavioral assessments.
- Sending reports to clients and monitoring recruitment processes with them.
Requirements
- Be an Atento employee for at least 9 months
- Eligible positions: Junior Analyst
- Higher education completed or in progress, updated in Pessoas Online at the time of application.
- Experience in recruitment and selection for operational roles
- Ability to manage a high volume of vacancies
- Consultative profile focused on continuous improvement of the area
