About the role
- Inbound support to students via phone and WhatsApp to probe and understand the reasons for canceling enrollment;
- Perform system procedures to prevent the student from canceling their enrollment;
- Assess the student and identify their needs to avoid enrollment cancellation;
- Use negotiation and persuasion to retain the student and prevent cancellation;
- The agent must identify the student’s need and provide a practical, objective solution;
- Each interaction may involve different types of situations raised by the student;
- Use systems to record interactions and apply necessary follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years;
- Minimum education: High school diploma;
- Good communication skills;
- Sales experience is a plus;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills;
- Easy access to the Santana Unit (North Zone of São Paulo).
