About the role

  • 1:1 care for our patients
  • Participation in planning and providing individualized care that takes patients' needs into account
  • Basic and treatment nursing for tracheotomized and/or ventilated patients
  • Monitoring of ventilation and vital parameters, emergency management and patient observation
  • Support and assistance to patients in their daily lives
  • Communication with relatives, patients, and other involved parties

Requirements

  • Completed three-year training as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d), Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau, geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
  • Independent and conscientious working style
  • Basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive care nursing desirable
