About the role

  • Provide individualized care tailored to the patient's needs
  • Perform basic and treatment care for tracheotomized and/or ventilated patients
  • Monitor ventilation and vital parameters, manage emergencies, and observe patients' condition
  • Support the patient with activities of daily living
  • Maintain open, respectful communication with patients, relatives, and colleagues to promote a positive working environment

Requirements

  • Completed three-year training as a registered nurse/healthcare nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent nursing qualification (m/f/d)
  • Empathy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Genuine interest in providing compassionate care to patients at all stages of life
  • Desirable: basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive care nursing, but not mandatory
  • The course can be completed through our organization at any time
