About the role
- 1:1 care for our patients
- Contributing to and delivering individualized care that takes each patient's needs into account
- Basic and treatment care for tracheotomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitoring ventilator and vital parameters, emergency management and patient observation
- Supporting and assisting patients with daily living activities
- Communication with patients, relatives and other parties
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for caring for patients in all stages of life
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Interest and enjoyment in varied work with diverse patients and clinical conditions
- Independent and conscientious working style
- Willingness to travel within Bavaria
- Completed three-year vocational training as a Registered Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Geriatric Nurse or equivalent (m/f/d)
- Desirable: basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive care (the course can be completed at any time)
