About the role
- 1:1 care for our patients
- Participating in and providing individualized care that takes patients' needs into account
- Basic and treatment care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitoring of ventilator and vital parameters, emergency management and patient observation
- Assistance and support of patients in everyday life
- Communication with family members, patients, and others
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for caring for our patients in all circumstances
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Interest in varied work with different patients and clinical conditions
- Ability to work independently and conscientiously
- Willingness to travel within Bavaria
- Completed three-year vocational training as one of the following: Registered Nurse (m/f/d), Nursing Specialist (m/f/d), Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
- Basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive care nursing is desirable but not mandatory
