About the role
- Support our teams across Bavaria
- Contribute to care planning and provide individualized care, taking patients' needs into account
- Basic and treatment care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitoring of ventilator and vital parameters, emergency management and patient observation
- Support and assistance for patients with daily activities
- Communication with relatives, patients, and others
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for providing care to patients in all life situations
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Interest in varied work with diverse patients and medical conditions
- Ability to work independently and conscientiously
- Willingness to travel within Bavaria
- Completed three-year vocational training as one of the following (m/f/d): Registered Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), Nursing Specialist (Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau), Geriatric Nurse (Altenpfleger) or equivalent
- A basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive care nursing is desirable. The course can be completed with us at any time.
