About the role
- Individualized nursing care and active participation in shaping care processes
- Basic and therapeutic care for our tracheostomized patient
- Monitoring ventilator and vital parameters as well as emergency management
- Daily living support and assistance for the patient to promote a self-determined life
- Communication with patients, family members and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed three-year training as a registered nurse, nursing specialist or geriatric nurse (e.g., Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Pflegefachmann/-frau, Altenpfleger)
- Values such as empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic and professional team
- Structured, independent and careful working style
- Desirable: basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive nursing care
