About the role
- 1:1 care for our patient and individualized nursing
- Basic and treatment care for a tracheostomized patient
- Monitoring of ventilator and vital parameters, as well as emergency management
- Support and assistance to the patient in daily life
- Communication with family members and patients
Requirements
- Completed three-year vocational training as a registered nurse, nursing specialist, geriatric nurse, or equivalent
- A basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive care nursing is desirable
- Empathy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team
