About the role
- 1:1 care of our patient
- Participate in planning and provide individualized care that takes the patient’s needs into account
- Basic and treatment nursing for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitoring of ventilation and vital parameters, emergency management and patient observation
- Support and assistance of the patient in daily life
- Communication with relatives, patients, and others
Requirements
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
- Independent and conscientious working style
- Completed three‑year training as a Registered Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Desirable: basic course in out‑of‑hospital ventilation or experience in intensive nursing care (course can be completed at any time)
