About the role
- Implement and maintain all Salesforce workflows, automations, and integrations with other systems at Ataraxis.
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics for business and operations teams.
- Import, clean, and map data from external systems into Salesforce.
- Configure and maintain data models, custom objects, and API connections on Salesforce side.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and leadership to translate business needs into system workflows.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce administration and engineering.
- Strong hands-on skills in Salesforce Flow, Data Loader, and dashboard/report building.
- Experience integrating data from other systems.
- Comfort with light scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and figure things out fast.
- Execution-oriented.
- Availability for a part-time engagement (between 5 and 20 hours/week).
