Sales Representative – Commercial Printing
ATALNTSales Representative driving new business opportunities for a commercial printing organization. Responsible for managing key client relationships and expanding market presence through innovative solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and existing industry relationships.
- Leverage an existing portable book of business to generate immediate revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients across multiple industries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized print, direct mail, fulfillment, packaging, and marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations while negotiating contracts and closing profitable business.
- Collaborate with production, customer service, and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through implementation and ongoing account management.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting within the company's CRM.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging printing technologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience within the commercial printing industry.
- Proven success selling commercial print, direct mail, large-format printing, fulfillment, packaging, or related print solutions.
- Existing portable book of business with demonstrated ability to transition client relationships.
- Strong understanding of offset printing, digital printing, direct mail, finishing, fulfillment, and print production processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong closing ability.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
