About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the daily operations of a replenishment team focused on a specific category
Driving the team's success in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics
Ensure planning parameters, lead times, safety stock, and MOQs are maintained
Reconcile supplier shipment & invoice variances
Act as the primary escalation point for the team
Lead initiatives to identify process improvements
Prepare and present regular performance reports
Review inventory to minimize excess, aging, expired or dead stock
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager on personnel coaching, performance appraisal and development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in supply chain management or related field and/or equivalent experience in the Food industry
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Infor M3, and advanced knowledge of supply chain planning tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with other MS Office applications.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
