About the role
- Assist in reviewing and updating food labels to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Support the team in verifying that all required nutritional information, ingredients, and allergens are correctly listed
- Conduct research on current food labeling regulations and industry standards
- Analyze label content to identify areas for improvement or potential compliance issues
- Maintain accurate records of label revisions and regulatory approvals
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed for internal reviews or regulatory submissions.
