About the role
- Manage supplier documentation and compliance through TraceGains, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Assist with the completion of customer QA-related forms and questionnaires, ensuring clear and timely communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements
- Collect and input data into supplier and quality management systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all documents remain up-to-date and compliant with FSMA standards and internal requirements
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers in TraceGains
- Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs, as needed
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or an administrative support role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field preferred
- Thorough attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as TraceGains, Repositrak, FoodLogiQ, and Share-ify is a plus.
