About the role

  • Reporting directly to the VP, Global Field & Partner Marketing, you will be the primary driver of demand creation and capture for Ataccama in the North American market.
  • You will be responsible for the localized execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns—spanning digital, webinars, ABM, field events, and more—tailored to our ideal customer profile segments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation/Field Marketing, with a deep understanding of how to execute complex, multi-channel campaigns promoting enterprise technology to complex technical and business buying committees.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence in a global matrix environment, ensuring NA programs align with global brand and messaging standards.
  • Comfort using the tools prioritized by the VP and RevOps, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6sense.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative, break-through-the-noise campaigns that compel a target audience to act, coupled with the ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance based on leading and lagging indicators.
  • A passion for forging new strategies and ways of working and reaching our audiences with AI.
