About the role

  • Lead the continued evolution of our SFDC implementation - from CPQ, renewals, ERP integration, and revenue recognition.
  • Maximize alignment between GTM systems and processes, enhancing front-line rep experience and value driven from internal tools and data.
  • Champion consultant approach to all submitted business requirements and advising on scalable, technical solutions with UX top of mind.
  • Own improvements to integrated applications including HubSpot, Dealhub.io (CPQ), NetSuite (ERP), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (SalesOS and Chorus), 6Sense and Klue.
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders ranging from Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing.
  • Drive focus on data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed for consistency of reporting.
  • Proactive system readiness including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and system usability surveys.
  • Salesforce configuration including (but not limited to): flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
  • Proactive owner of your system - ownership of SFDC end-to-end.
  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with marketing, sales, and customer success processes to effectively support the needs of the organization.
  • Curious, active learner who likes to take on challenges and learn new things.
  • Customer-obsessed with the desire to continuously improve things for both internal and external audiences.
  • Passionate, independent, proactive, and can-do personality. Very good communication and relationship-building skills.
