About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning, coordination, and facilitation
  • Ensure seamless operations, high-quality experiences, and adherence to community rules and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas
  • In-depth knowledge and experience applying organizational practices
  • Ability to resolve moderately difficult problems
  • Independent judgment on expansive projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to implement policy changes to improve functions
  • Ability to manage event budgets, forecasting, allocation, KPIs, compliance, and risk management
  • Ability to conduct market research and create prospecting plans
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with local communities, HOAs, and internal teams
