About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commissions through AT&T’s products and services
Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work scheduled hours, including weekends, to serve customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual Russian and English
Must qualify on AT&T’s language assessment for sign-on bonus eligibility
Ability to work in the Roseville, California location with office presence a minimum of 5 days per week
No relocation offered
Availability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
40 hours per week
