About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful customer connections using personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s products and services
Guide customers through product options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work scheduled shifts between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Stay current with evolving technology and customer-service practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual Punjabi and English
Ability to work 20 hours per week, between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
Must qualify and be hired by AT&T for the listed location(s) to be eligible for the sign-on bonus
Must be in good standing at the time of bonus payout for bonus eligibility
