About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets using AT&T’s full suite of products and services
Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events
Fill online orders
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work scheduled shifts between 9am and 9pm, including weekends
Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Speak Spanish and English
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
Ability to work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends
Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Ability to work 40 hours per week
