About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses
- Install new lines and connect telecommunications equipment
- Climb ladders and work aloft up to 28 feet
- Plug in and activate Wi-Fi networks
- Solve installation and service problems independently
- Deliver best-in-class service and elevate the customer experience
- Work with customers while connecting them to essential communications services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Possess a valid state driver’s license
- Lift and move up to 60 lbs
- Weigh less than 325 lbs for ladder safety
- Work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
- Be available for overtime, emergency call-outs, and holiday work
- Identify wire and cable colors
- Qualify on a pre-employment assessment
