About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Safeguard customer and company assets by validating records, identifying discrepancies, and supporting timely resolution of property accountability issues
  • Review asset records, reports, operating practices, and supporting documentation for compliance with internal control procedures
  • Verify asset status and accountability by comparing physical inventory, system records, and required documentation
  • Conduct property audits
  • Contribute to developing, recommending, and implementing property administration policies and procedures
  • Support quality and lifecycle management activities from receipt through disposition
  • Monitor operational processes to prevent defects, improve compliance, and ensure adherence to quality plans, contractual requirements, and customer expectations
  • Prepare periodic and special-purpose reports on asset status, audit results, and compliance trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7 to 10 years of experience, which may include a combination of work history and education
  • Required TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Required 8570 - CWIP Certification
  • Experience or foundation in asset accountability, audit readiness, compliance, and property management support
  • Ability to operate accurately in a mission-focused environment requiring attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Experience supporting property management, inventory control, quality assurance, logistics, or related operational processes
  • Master's degree may substitute for 6 years of experience; bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years; associate degree may substitute for 2 years
  • Any degree used for equivalency must be from an accredited college or university
