Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of related experience in the area of professional responsibility
Expertise in radio frequency (RF) engineering
Expertise in Radio Access Network (RAN) design engineering
Broad business knowledge and strategic insight into emerging trends and technologies
Ability to solve complex engineering problems and drive organizational results
Ability to lead critical, high-impact projects
Ability to design and implement innovative business strategies
Ability to work with minimal oversight
Ability to consult senior leadership and influence executive decisions
Ability to mentor others and assist with challenging issues
Certification may be required in some areas
Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in a Technical or Engineering concentration or equivalent experience preferred
