About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Integrate through the lifecycle of each AI use case
Serve as team Subject Matter Expert in AI governance, compliance, and risk management
Ensure alignment with standards and strategic objectives
Own portfolio health, performance, KPI attainment, and value realization
Provide oversight of the entire program and overall portfolio
Monitor adoption, containment, ROI, and overall business value
Validate AI effectiveness, data quality, success criteria, and business impact
Deliver dashboards, reporting, presentations, and leadership readouts
Translate performance and operational metrics into actionable insights
Influence, communicate, and drive outcomes at all levels
Work cross-functionally with business and technology partners
Inform partners about current and future large-scale projects and needs
Drive prioritization, alignment, and cross-functional decision-making
Lead integration of new technology platforms and provide advanced network technology support within AT&T’s distributed real-time network
Collaborate with CTO partners in an Agile/DevOps environment to design, build, and operate functions on disaggregated networks and cloud infrastructure
Work with software-defined networking, virtualization, and containerization
Engage business and operational leaders on-site when needed to identify opportunities, deploy AI solutions, and drive sustainable adoption
Deliver governance oversight and leadership dashboards aligning adoption, ROI, and outcomes with strategic priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of related experience in area of professional responsibility
Certification is required in some areas
Expertise in portfolio management and prioritization
Governance, compliance, and risk management mindset
Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills
Executive presence, communication, and leadership influence
Cross-functional stakeholder management experience
Results-oriented focus on adoption, ROI, and business value
Ability to oversee multiple AI initiatives and portfolio health simultaneously
Experience integrating new technology platforms and providing advanced network technology support
Experience with distributed real-time networks and cloud infrastructure
Experience with software-defined networking, virtualization, and containerization
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
