About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents, copilots, and intelligent applications
Develop Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, including prompt engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
Build APIs, integrations, automations, and microservices enabling AI solutions within business processes
Collect, prepare, and analyze data to support AI and machine learning models
Monitor AI performance, troubleshoot issues, optimize outcomes, and continuously improve deployed solutions
Ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant, governed, and operationally reliable
Partner with business, operations, product, and technology teams to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions
Connect agents, models, and applications to enterprise systems and data
Test and deploy solutions to production
Deliver scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions that streamline processes and drive measurable business, operational, and financial results

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of related experience in the area of professional responsibility
5+ years in a technology architect and/or developer role
5+ years of experience managing direct reports
Certification is required in some areas
Ability to understand business problems and determine whether AI can solve them
Ability to build agents, models, and applications
Ability to connect solutions to enterprise systems and data
Ability to test and deploy solutions to production
Collaborative leadership in dynamic environments
Passion for building culture, developing teams, and delivering business impact
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science is preferred
